We used DCC for our event in June this year, and they were fantastic. Liam was great help in planning the meal arrangements for the day, offering advice whilst adapting to our plans, and helped to take all the stress out of that part of the day. On the day him and his team were great, the food was amazing and there was plenty to go around, even with lots of people going up for seconds. So if you want some great food and a stress free service then we would definitely recommend these guys!

We would highly recommend Liam and Scott to cater for an event. We had a fantastic hog roast; the hog was slow cooked all day and it was absolutely delicious with perfect crackling. From the moment we booked with Liam, organising the food for the party was extremely easy. I could not have been more impressed by the team. Upon initial contact with Liam, he could not have been more helpful with a bespoke planning service for my event. The setting up of the professional BBQ serving bar was quick, efficient and looked fab! The food was so delicious and all of my guests loved it. It is such a fantastic way to host an event, with maximum guest satisfaction and minimal host stress! I just wish I could have them every weekend to cook for me!

We contracted Liam to provide the a Hog roast for our event and could not have been happier with the service provided. Although it threw it down all day Liam remained cheerful and did his utmost to see that the event went down well even down to leaving the gazeebo with us and collecting it a couple of days later so that we didn’t get too wet!.
The hog was done to perfection and the sweets were scrummy. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Liam to anyone who wants something a bit different for a special occasion, you will not be disappointed, well done Liam.

Liam and his crew catered for our party last weekend. His communication through email and then phone calls was spot on. No problem paying for the service at any point for the deposit and then the final invoice. He set up as requested by the venue early as there was obviously a lot going on the few days before and the service on the day was impeccable. His team of three catered to everyone with a smile in the heat and even provided more when a few people from the wedding group asked for it. The servings of hog, potatoes and salad were plenty high and when I walked around asking how everyone from the wedding was getting on the first thing they said was how good the food was. The chutneys that went with the hog bap was a highlight for me and went so well with the bap. Would highly recommend Liam and the team for any style of party as his prices were competitive and everything about the service was perfect.

We had an amazing hog roast served by Scott for the Jubilee Street Party at Waterside Holiday Park. The pork and crackling were cooked to perfection and the roast potatoes and apple sauce finished it off brilliantly
